Exploring Empathetic Intelligence with the IDEOS Institute

In January we were thrilled to join the Ideos Institute and their Fellows cohort for a gathering to explore empathic intelligence. The Fellows are deeply formed by their Christian faith, working as faith leaders, activists, community leaders or creators.

It was powerful to gain an insight into the impact of the fellowship programme model, and to experience the hospitality of the Hilltop Retreat Center in California.

We are excited to partner with Ideos again in 2025, this time at Rose Castle. There is clear alignment between their work on empathic intelligence and the Rose Way, with much learning to share as we equip Christian leaders to engage across divides.
